Students understand group formation processes in social and pedagogical fields of work. They are able to plan, organize and facilitate group processes. They can moderate and support groups in achieving their goals and have an understanding of intergroup dialogue in the field of youth work. Students have an understanding of the theme of social justice as a field of educational work with young people.
Content information
Students will learn special forms of group work, e.g. supervision as part of the first seminar of this module as well as practical methods and tools for group work. In a second seminar, students will focus on social justice as a field of educational work with young people.
