Das Training ist nicht nur ein Erlernen von Techniken, sondern strebt die Erweiterung des eigenen Rollenverständnisses und den Erwerb von Fähigkeiten an. Die Teilnehmer lernen Konflikte in der Gruppe/ im Team frühzeitig erkennen und so zu bearbeiten, dass sie Konflikte als Chance zur eigenen Entwicklung und zur Weiterentwicklung des Konfliktpartners, der Gruppe/ des Teams begreifen. Sie nutzen dabei Konflikt und Widerstand als Chance zur eigenen und zur Entwicklung des Gegenübers.

- Konflikte folgen einer bestimmten Dynamik und erfordern Kommunikation
- Verschiedene Formen von Konflikt und Widerstand

Situationsklärung:
- Wie lautet das Problem?
- Feedbackregeln, die wichtig sind
- Was ist mir und meinem Gegenüber wichtig?
- Der Unterschied zwischen Wahrnehmung und Realität
- Welche Ziele stehen hinter dem jeweiligen Konflikt?

Lösungsfindung:
- Wie entscheide ich in Konfliktsituationen?
- Wie gehe ich mit Widerstand um?
- Der eigene Widerstand, und der des Gegenübers
- Nützliche Strategien im Umgang mit Konflikten und Widerständen
- Hilfreiche Techniken zur Konfliktlösung und Konfliktvermeidung
