Persönlichkeit entwickelt sich. Wer entwickelt jedoch wen?
Persönlichkeitsentwicklung ist ein laufender, nicht aufzuhaltender Prozess.
Wer seine Persönlichkeit kennt, kann steuern.
Wer die Ausprägung von Persönlichkeiten kennt und akzeptiert, kann Wertschätzung geben und zielorientiert Entwicklung begleiten, Basis moderner betrieblicher Führungsaufgabe.
Dieses Seminar gibt Einblick in die eigene Persönlichkeit, erklärt unterschiedliche Persönlichkeitsmodelle und Führungsstile.
Abgestellt wird auf den betrieblichen Alltag - als Mitarbeiter – als Führungskraft.
Einzel- und Gruppenübungen geben eigene Erfahrungen.
