Kompetenzen / Lernergebnisse

Kompetenzbereiche: Wissen und Verstehen; Einsatz, Anwendung und Erzeugung von Wissen; Kommunikation und Kooperation; Wissenschaftliches Selbstverständnis/Professionalität.

Das Training ist nicht nur ein Erlernen von Techniken, sondern strebt die Erweiterung des eigenen Rollenverständnisses und den Erwerb von Fähigkeiten an. Die Teilnehmer lernen ihre Rolle als Führungskraft und sich selbst in dieser Rolle kennen.
Das Kennenlernen verschiedener Instrumente und Techniken sind ebenso Ziel dieses Trainings.
